Uneven skintone and dark spots

Hi i am facing issue with my skintone as due to my outdoor activities in my teenage my has lost his natural complexion. There are brown patches on noses. And major concern area is my forhead. Is it a major issue. And if any doctor from delhi who can help me out to get rid of this. Find the attached pictures for refrence and better understanding
