Hi I understand your concern. You can have whole fat milk n it's products. Banana shakes dates as calorie rich foods. You can consult a dietician for detailed personalized consultation too. Have whole grain n dals, chana, sprouts. If non veg then eggs daily. Fish /chicken 5 days a week.
