When i trimed my underarm hair .today i found 2 lumps under the arm .soft lump but it is painfull.

hello sir... the painful lumps u encountered are most likely to be the folliculitis. these are the superficial infection of the hair follicles. the local hygiene and proper care will solve the issue. if more painful or tender show it to a local doctor for further treatrment. you might require a coarse of antibiotics if more severe.
