Underarm Hair Plucked

Asked for Female, 52 Years

Under right underarm, a hair is plucked by mistake, i guess. It is commonly know as "Baltod" in hindi. This in turn has given a hard swelling with a lot of pain in the entire right arm and back portion. Problem persists from last 1 week but now, my mother is not able to lift hand also. KINDLY SUGGEST A REMEDY OR MEDICINE FOR INSTANT RELIEF.
