My physical growth not proper according to my age.
I m taking proper diet with good nutrition, but not increase weight also doing exercises for weight gain but not any effect on my body. Please guide me I fill very bad.

Try eating small but energy dense meals frequently E.g have 1glass of fruit milkshake with your regular breakfast with honey (avoid if you are allergic)/ jaggery instead of sugar. Have 1glass of thick buttermilk with your lunch & dinner. Have a healthy evening snack (similar to breakfast) with 1glass of nuts+ dried fruit milkshake.
