Uncontrollable heavy meanstrual bleeding
My wife age 38 has been suffering from heavy meanstrual bleeding since last 7 years. We treated by gynecologist of Assam Medical College Hospital, dibrugarh, CMC, Velore, Apollo Hospital, Chennai and again undergoing treatment at AMC,Dibrugarh but no success. Having tabs for cycle she has to take trapic/tranostat tab to take stop heavy cloth type bleeding sometimes registron tab etc.

Get a hysteroscopy and biopsy done.. After that she can opt for newer devices like mirena or LNG iucds etc. You can connect with me directly online for further details as i would like to review her papers before advising anything

You should get hysteroscopy done if ultrasound is normal.with scope we can know the exact cause of bleeding. Diagnosis us must for cure.
