Heavy bleeding and clots after sex

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Me and my boyfriend had sex yesterday morning and a few hours later I started bleeding, then it became very heavy and has many clots. When I pee clots just fall out of me and I have to change a ten hour pad every 3 hours. I also have cramps, fatigue, and lower back pain.
