Heavy perimenopausal bleeding
Im hypertensive, taking metxl trio 50. Last month I had my periods for 20 days and my doctor put me on regestrone tablets for 15 days. 3 days after stopping tue tablet, I got my cycle yesterday. The bleeding  is very heavy and painful. In the scan report, cervicitis and a small uterine fibroid was detected. My doctor said the fibroid was negligible. Im asked to take Reluease tablet from the 3rd day for three months. Can u pls give ur further inputs on this? Thank you

That is actually true.. you are near your menopause age, if heavy bleeding, start on tab pause for 3 days,,  bleeding reduces, and can plan for IUCDs also
Next Steps
send full scan report, so that can decide about medical management
