Unconciousness during Dengue recovery

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I was diagnosed with dengue 3 weeks back. Got admitted for 6 days and started to recover. Now everything else is alright but my heads keep revolving all the day. There is feeling of lightness in my head. Also i am taking lots of fluid and the urine is pale yellow but during morning it turna out to be dark yellow with slight pain in Kidney area.
