Unclear tongue or white patch on tongue with redness.. u can apply pansarol or dologel over d affected area... if pain is much use mucopain gel. .. check fr d neighboring teeth r thy sharp or not. If ur working under a stress conditions then if sufficient sleep and take multivitamin n more water

Hello,
Do you mean an ulcer?It can happen due to stress or any other systemic causes.
Visit a dentist to confirm the cause and if it is a healing or a non-healing ulcer first.
