Care AI Shimmer
This appears to be viral infection , common in children. Antibiotics are usually not needed. Give plenty of fluids, soft foods, and paracetamol for pain and fever. Avoid spicy or acidic foods and maintain gentle oral hygiene. A topical oral pain-relief gel may be used if prescribed. If fever or pain persists, fluid intake reduces, or symptoms worsen, consult a pediatrician. Most cases heal in 7–10 days.
