Do warm water gargle with salt in it . Will reduce the pain and swelling . Take anti inflammatory medication as prescribed by your dentist .

Without a look at the clinical picture and the X-ray of the tooth, the only tentative suggestion that we can give at this time is that that tooth will require extraction. The doctor must have prescribed some antibiotics and pain Killers and it will be better that you follow those prescriptions.
