Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, difficulty in breathing, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve. Other than that, try yoga, deep breathing, meditation, moderate exercise, progressive muscular relaxation and guided meditation.

Given your age and description of symptoms, there are likely to be two possibilities. One is anxiety disorder and the other is  physical or neurological underlying condition. Presuming it is anxiety related experiences, notice if there are any associated negative thoughts or excessive worries or tension or fearfulness. Also notice any physical symptoms of anxiety like palpitations, sweating or shaking etc. If there are, focus on being aware and conscious about those experiences when they occur and be mindful how your emotions and behavior could get affected. Practice mindfulness, relaxation, yoga, meditation and breathing exercises. Address any underlying stresses or potential triggers. If severe, needs other treatment like counselling and meditation. I suggest you meet a psychiatrist to get appropriate evaluation and treatment. Regards
