Unable to gain weight
My prikriti vata. I suit medicine vata pitta hara. Hot medicine not suit.I have taken badam with ashwagandha pak but not suit.Right now I am taking brahm rasayan relief but still debility whole day no energy. Any medicine for this. Saraswatarista and ashwagandha churn not suit because it hot potency. Suggest any cool medicine for debility.It is not because of anxiety every doctor gives anxiety. My energy level weak not because of stress. Stress medicine makes me too lathergy. Strenght medicine cool.  After meal liver 52ds.I feel some energy. Whole body pain whole day. Can i take safed musli tablet with shatavar tablet and of which company. My height 5.8ft, weight 55kg, male. Practo doctor say first improve your digestion then take any supplement. My digestion good after liv 52ds. Now which medicine i take in Ayurveda every weight gain medicine increase pitta like ashwagandha if if take ashwagandha pak or any pak still no energy.
