I am 19 years old, an engineering student. I have been trying to gain weight since my childhood, but unable to do so. My current diet is excellent, but i still dont gain weight. Diet is full with calories, as much required by me, but my weight isnt going further than 43kgs.
Is this a digestion problem or anything?

Hello, your fat cells are genetic. Your gens are set. You need to eat a protein rich diet and do weights for gaining muscle mass. Look out for a good gym instructor and follow a balanced diet. Your metabolism is good since you are 19, so their is no digestive issues. Don't over analyse yourself. You are perfectly fine just need some good counselling to start up.
