I am a 22 years old male and my weight is just 45-46 , I am trying so hard eating 4 bananas a day , drinking turmeric milk , eating some green sprouts in the morning but despite trying so hard failed to gain weight, it's affecting my self esteem so bad that I really regret as I look like a skinny person , i am final year engineering student and I really feel awkward about my personality, please help me out
