I was always healthy around 65 kgs but in 2013 i lost weight drastically and came down to 48 kgs. Now i am struggling to gain weight . Please suggest something. I am 26 , female. I have had colectomy in 2003. But that operation has not posed any problem in weight. Also, in 2013 i was stressed , and due to pooe food habit, i lost weight.
