Unable to control my anger
At every second i suffer from anger. every thing makes me anger . even the anger makes me to fight with my mom every day. now also i am in anger.

Dear patient. Anger outbursts or a feeling of irritability is merely a symptom. For eg a patient will have fever as part of malaria or a person with diabetes will have deranged blood sugar.  So the persistent anger indicates an underlying mental health problem. Try meditating for 15mins daily. Google "breathing technique for anxiety " and practice it every time you start to feel angry and this will calm you down. It's preferable to do it while sitting down or lying down. Also now when you're in anger. Try this.
