This is a very common issue in this age. Do not feel bad because of your situation. First you need to prioritise your activities. Make a list of daily activities you perform. Then prioritise them as urgent, important and not important. For example important tasks are eating, sleeping, studying. Schedule a time table and allot time to these tasks first. Then the unimportant tasks such as watching tv, internet and porn. They should be curtailed as much as possible.
Initially you can start by decreasing the time spent on watching tine on porn. You can try this by going out, playing games, going to a gym, hanging out with friends etc.
Still if you are unable to control, then you try saying 'STOP' whenever you get an idea of watching porn. Hope this helps you..
