I am 42 yrs male having naval discharge (brown, white) from one month and was on antibiotics for 10 days.
Now fresh blood like thing is coming from belly. Ultrasound report mentions an active small umbilical sinus tract at the umbilicus.
Doctors are advising surgery for the same. Are there any options available as I don't want to go for surgery.

Despite using antibiotics discharge from the sinus tract didn't subside.it requires surgical excision of the tract for a permanent cure.its a safe procedure
