My age is 42, height 5'11.
I have an Umbilical hernia.
There is no pain or any kind of discomfort in the affected area.

Hi dear
Yes it does look like a big hernia although it would be better if u can send the ultrasound report if u have any of it so I can know what is happening internally and will be able to guide u properly.
Coz if there is some bowel loop getting stuck in it in that case surgery is the solution.

When u don't have any pain or discomfort no need to do anything .. surgery is indicated only if there s any pain .. don't worry .. just make sure ur not pressurising or weight lifting
