Hello Doctor iam 57 female diagnosed with an umbilical hernia 3.1x3.7 iam diabetic on forxiga 10mg before food -morning and galvus met 50/500 at night after food .have fractured discs l5s1 slight indentation of thecal sac prescrbed pregbalin 75 mg asthmatic i prefer open surgery local anesthesia can i choose tension free mesh .is this possible?
