Hi , Doctor told me to take ultra sound for pcos Below are the reports showing as normal Are the below details enough that i can conceive without any complications. Attached the reports And below are the details: Uterus : Anteverted. Measuring: 7.9 x 2.1 x 3.7 cms. Normal in size, shape and echotexture. No focal lesions. Endometrial thickness is 5 mm. Ovaries: Both ovaries appear normal. No adnexal mass lesions. Right ovary: 3.8 x 1.0 x 2.8 cm, Vol : 5.7 cc. Left ovary: 2.5 x 1.5 x 2.5 cm, Vol: 5.0 cc. No ascites or lymphadenopathy is seen. IMPRESSION: * Normal study.

In PCOS one study is not enough. You are keen to conceive. So you should get a sonography for Follicular study. It will involve 3-4 visits to the Sonoligist. If you have some Gynaecologist working on Infertility then you should consult him/ her for further investigations.
