Does whole abdomen ultrasound also includes pelvic scan? My doctor asked me to do pelvic ultrasound but I also want to get checked my whole abdomen.

The whole abdomen does include pelvis but the concentration of the Doctor gets diluted.
If you are pregnant and you ask for X ray of the whole abdomen then no Doctor is going to do your TIFFA in the same scan even though the foetus is also there in the "whole abdomen".
