Hi doctor, i'm married. And I have 2 kids. Cesarean. This is the report. today iam taken ultrasound scan.i'm getting periods every two months with heavy bleeding stops in 3 days, with more stomach pain and back pain.. I want to know what is the problem. what is it means. Please find attachment

Hello, Welcome to practo, I read your query and understand your concern, According to the report you are having PCOS... And its not a serious condition, it can be easily managed with some medications and some life style modification... See in each mentrual cycle a layer of cells is formed inside the uterus and it get shed during menstruation and the cycle repeats, when you don't get your periods for a longer duration which commaly occur in PCOS the layer becomes thick and thicker the layer heavy the mentruation... That's why you get the heavy mentruation... So have you started any medication for the PCOS,?
