Ulcers on my tongue, swollen lymph nodes

Hi, I have ulcers on my tongue, and my mouth is turning blue slowly. I have bitter/matellic taste in my mouth. I am taking vitamin b 12 and d supplements as prescribed by my family doctor. I also have pain and swollen in my neck throat and jaw and swollen neck lymph nodes
