Needs to be seen physically how severe it is. Get a CBC also done if blood counts are also low. Oral ulcers are common side effect of sunitinib. If it’s mild we usually doesn’t change the dose. If it’s severe then sometimes we have to modify dose or hold sunitinib to let the things heal.
This decision can only be taken by treating oncologist by inperson examination.
