Ulcers on left hand palm

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My dather who is 55yrs of age, Last over an year he has ulcers around his left hand palm. Which is not getting cured completely. Sometimes it seems alright but other day it starts growing again. Tried every medium but no success yet. Please let me know the best method/medicine to cure this permanently. Note: He has diabetes but currently its under control.
