Take multivitamin tablet a to z once daily after meal for 15 days, it should help u, in case the ulcer lasts for more then 3 weeks den visit a nearby dentist & get it diagnosed.Regards Smile Up Dental Care & Implant Center,Pune.

Visit your pediatrician as soon as possible,  it might be a viral fever, it will heal with time. Symptomatic treatment is required.

Hi For immediate relief put Dologel or Glycerene on the site of Ulcer Follow it with daily supplement of Vitamin B and Vitamin C It takes around 2 weeks for ulcers to completely settle Regards

Hello....... Viral fever with rashes on body and oral ulcer suggestive of chicken pox.. But how do you know that it's viral fever.. Consult pediatrician in nearest hospital.. Complete examination and investigation is required for diagnosis.... Avoid aspirin.. Symptomatic treatment is given I'm viral condition.
