My son who is 10 months old and having ulcer in his mouth and having viral fever. For past two hours he has been crying and not drinking milk as he has ulcer on the tip of his tongue

Take multivitamin tablet a to z once daily after meal for 15 days, it should help u, in case the ulcer lasts for more then 3 weeks den visit a nearby dentist & get it diagnosed.Regards Smile Up Dental Care & Implant Center,Pune.

Hi
For immediate relief put Dologel or Glycerene on the site of Ulcer
Follow it with daily supplement of Vitamin B and Vitamin C
It takes around 2 weeks for ulcers to completely settle

Hello....... Viral fever with rashes on body and oral ulcer suggestive of chicken pox.. But how do you know that it's viral fever.. Consult pediatrician in nearest hospital.. Complete examination and investigation is required for diagnosis.... Avoid aspirin.. Symptomatic treatment is given I'm viral condition.
