Mouth wound back side teeth
Hi doctors , Iam getting mouth ulcer wound from past 4 days it's becoming big and pain also coming back side last teeth What can I do . It's in white big wound left side last teeth back side it is and is spreading massively .. Any home remedies etc or any medicine plz very helpeful

If it has happened in that area, then it is because of the third molar which has erupted inclining towards the cheek
Next Steps
1.a traumatic ulcer needs at least 10 to 14 days to heal. 2 avoid chewing from that side. 3. soft food intake 4. avoid sleeping on that side as it will press the cheek against the tooth . 5. The medicines  you will be needing analgesics and multivitamins
