Your symptoms point to the possibility of issues from the same tooth you’re talking about but cannot be diagnosed unless you visit a dentist so please do the needful.

Hello Epsom salts won't help you. Based on the symptoms shared, if the tooth is sharp, you ll have to get it smoothened by the dentist.
Next Steps
Use benzydamine and 0.2% chlorhexidine mouthwash for the soft tissue irritation and gargle using the same. For mouth ulcer ,apply mucopain( or a combination of chlorhexidine and lignocaine gel) atleast thrice daily. Antibiotics for throat infection for atleast 5days will help you.For pain, take pain killer when needed.
Health Tips
Are you having fever as well? A good gargle (warm water with white salt or 0.5% povidone iodine undiluted twice) will help you with sore throat.
