Hello mam, pain can be caused due to a variety of reasons such as decay, mouth ulcer, wisdom tooth etc. I would advise you you to visit your dentist for the better understanding of your condition and get it treated. Pain medication will give you temporary relief only and pain comes back once the effect of medicine stops.
Dental treatments are best done in the second trimester period.
In case of unbearable pain you make take paracetamol 500

Firstly identify the cause for pain.
All preventive procedures can be done in the second trimester.
Donot rely on medication.
Luke warm salt water gaurgle should help.
Incase of severe pain you can take a normal dolo 650 after food
