Typhoid without fever from last 1 year
Typhoid without fever coming after every 3 months continuously weakness and pain in stomach is been seen but there is no fever and results of typhidot comes always positive I am very upset with this it it make me very weak and suffering from pain in my legs I am very helpful to you if you will suggest me method to overcome from this please doctor help me I will wait for your suggestion thankyou

I assume you have been taking widal test. This test is not conclusive for diagnosing as typhoid. Repeat tests if showing about four fold increase in the titres suggest a positive infection. Any fever can cause a rise in titres. The definitive diagnostic criteria is culture of the organism in your blood/bone marrow. I suggest you to consult with every report for further discussion and management
