Hi,
I understand your complaints.
Your blood reports are all right.
The ESR is not high when we factor in your age ( ESR needs to be adjusted for age and hemoglobin)
For a fever of less than 7 days, the WIDAL test you have done for typhoid is not useful. In India, most of consume food/water with an element of fecal contamination ( sadly) and we are all exposed to the typhoid bacteria.
All of us will mostly get a positive report.
Take paracetamol tablets for your fever as required. Don't take more than 2 grams of the tablet per day
Rest.
Keep your water intake at 3- 3.5 L/day ( unless you have a condition where you can't drink so much water)
You can consult if you want to discuss further
Next Steps
