At the age of 6 months. We should start complementary feeding to our child in addition to breast feeding. Start with liquid diet first as dal rice kheer. Sometimes sweet sometime salty. Over the age Gradually introduce veg, fruit and nonveg. Give as much ad child takes. Don't force. Child requires daily change in taste. So change menu daily. Avoid flavoured, packaged company food products. Avoid bekary. No to chocolate, trophies and biscuits.
