Typhoid and high bilirubin

Since yesterday morning I had fever. Gradually went upto 101.5. went to a hospital. Following are report Salmonella typhi 'o' 1:160 (positive) Salmonella typhi 'H' 1:80(positive) 'AH' 'BH': No Agglutination Creatinine 1.28 Total bilirubin 1.91 Direct bilirubin 0.76 Indirect bilirubin 1.15 Sgot 28.1 Sgpt 45.1 I'm prescribed zifi 200, Azee 250 Since today morning no fever and motion is normal. How much time it should take to recover.?whether I have jaundice and typhoid together?Dr said 5 day rest. If I feel good can I join office?
