High fever since yesterday
I am having fever from 29 sept morning I have take half paracetamol (500mg ) 2 times now also my body temperature is not falling what to do

Please take a proper dose of Paracetamol. Half tablet is too less if your weight is more than 20 kg. Please get a blood CBC done and consult a General Physician on Practo.

Half paracetamol not is enough.. Kindly take Paracetamol 500mg thrice a day.8hr apart . If still not relived, u can consult in practo with detailed clinical history

Take tablet dolo 650 mg twice daily after food If still fever persist more than 3 days Do some basic lab test like crp and cbc
