Type 2 diabetes and blood sugar levels
I have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and am struggling to manage my blood sugar levels despite following a recommended diet. Could you please provide guidance on what dietary adjustments I should make to better control my diabetes, and suggest any specific foods or meal plans that might be beneficial for me?
