One month back i had a tympanoplasty surgery of my right ear, now i am feeling nail prick type of pain in my skin especially in the right side of head nearer to suture, more over there is still block and ringing of right ear present, plz explain there is nail prick pain, block and ringing of ear, how long it will take to get completely recover
