One or two pinches of turmeric (चुटकी भर) in a glass of milk (200 ml) is good enough. It is not put in measures of "spoons"

Excess turmeric can contain a compound called curcumin which in dangerously high doses can precipitate acute liver failure but in moderation it is ok to consume. Its ok to take 1 tsp turmeric with milk but avoid taking curcumin supplements as they can contain the potent compound in very high doses.
Next Steps
consult directly on practo for further discussion in details.
Health Tips
avoid taking high doses.

First if any Allopathic doctor including me would be telling about herbal medicines would be unqualified information because it is not part of our medicines. Secondly MASLD can be serious if untreated and turmeric is unlikely to help.Thirdly treat the root cause otherwise even without drinking alcohol your liver may end up in cirrhosis. Proper assessment needs blood reports and other assessment.
