Tumor in testicle for my 8 month old

My baby Is 8 month old. He has a painless swelling or tumor in his left testis. His afp level is 5000.. What cause this and is this because of using diapers

AFP is high in certain testicular tumors. These are genetic in origin and are due to chromosomal abnormalities. There won't be specific cause for them. Diapers are not at all related to this diseases. Meet a pediatric surgeon or pediatric oncologist for the treatment of the tumour. Hope baby gets out of the tumour.
