Tummy ache
Tummy ache for the past couple of days, with diarrhea. Sometimes soft, sometimes watery, motion. Pain is in centre of the tummy. No vomiting, no loss of appetite. Child is active. More then six months past, since the last deworming.

This could be a stomach infection but may be viral. Just wait for the diarrhoea to settle on its own. Meanwhile Just keep the child hydrated with ors and water
