  4. Stomach ache, tummy tightness. Enough?

Stomach ache, tummy tightness
My 3y 3mon old daughter (approx wt 20kg) expresses stomach ache. Her stomach is slightly tight. We gave her 5ml of Cyclopam syrup. After 30mins she said she still pain, but slept now. Is there anything else to do or is it enough?
