I am suffering from abdominal pain from 3 weeks and my abdominal size become increase and some doctors says fuid is filled in abdominal. One suggest me for tb platinum test and my tb test is positive. So the abdominal pain is because of tb or not and how I got the treatment pls help me.

The pain may be due to tuberculosis. The distension may be due to fluid (Ascites).
