Tubal ligation Reversal

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have 4 kids,3 son's and 1 girl.now we are planing to go ahead with Tubal ligation reversal surgery by next month... Now my question is after this surgery how much effectivily it will prevent the pregnancy... We are planing to give a break for atleast 10years... Thanks in advance
