Tubal ligation
Hi recently had tubal ligation after c section. I got periods after tubal ligation for two months (only spotting) after that periods were stopped. I have cramps on periods dates but no periods . Now I'm feeling weak and tried and lightheaded and I'm breastfeeding mother. What could be the reason

It is common not to have periods during breastfeeding but if you have pain consult your gynaecologist and do an ultrasound scan.

All these symptoms are not related to tubal ligation. You should check for pregnancy once, though very rare but still even tubal ligation has a failure.
If pregnancy test is negative then your irregular periods and other symptoms might be due to lactation.
