Dear Doctor sir..
My wife has two children and both children were from Cesarean, first boy and second girl. On the second Cesarean, the doctor of the government hospital had done tubal ligation of my wife, which the hospital doctor did not give us any clear information about and our girl who was just 2 years old died due to some accident and we need kids again. For which the wife's tubal ligation has to be reversed again.
my question is that, which method is more suitable for reverse tubal ligation which has higher success rate?
1. Surgery by Laparoscopy
2. Direct Surgery

You had two Caesareans . So the anatomy of the abdomen must be disturbed.
Secondly your tube ligation has been done during Caesarean. So a large segment of tube may be damaged.
I think under the circumstances it is better to go for open surgery.
