Im pediatrician 43 years old male taken hep b vaccine 5 years back 3 doses recently i got need injury 2 weeks back from one child with +ve hep b envelope taken immunoglobulin may hep b s antibodies titer 366 its need to take boster dose or not?

Hi, You don't need a booster dose as there is not any immunocompromised state and your anti HBsAg level is sufficient. But you should get investigated for hepatitis C and HIV now, 6 weeks 3 month and at 6 months. Post exposure prophylaxis is recommended after needle stick injury. Best wishes.
