No, a booster after 1 year is NOT routinely recommended. If you completed the full 3-dose Hepatitis B schedule and your immunity is normal, no booster is needed for many years. Booster is only advised if: Your anti-HBs antibody level is <10 mIU/mL, or You are high-risk (health-care worker, dialysis patient, etc.).

For most healthy individuals who have completed the full primary hepatitis B vaccine series, a booster dose is generally not required due to the long term immunity.Its indicated if the antibody level is low ie less than 10

If u haVeany doubt of accidental  exposure to hepatitis then check antibody titres first .. antibiotic titres are main to check if we have immunity or not ..not that we have completed vaccination ...if any accidental exposure check ur titres and then can take a booster dose if low

No the booster dose after 1 year is not recommended according to NIS / IAP guidelines, as it provides enough immunity for the lifetime duration but exceptionally it is given for immunocompromised children
