Need to take proper history and if she has classical symptoms of hypothyroidism then need to start with medication other wise if she is absolutely fine with out symptoms need to repeat it after 3 months later then have a follow up ( wait and watch)
If at all symptoms present then need to start with
TAB. THYRONORM ( LEVO THYROXIN ) 25 MCG on empty stomach.

You definitely will need consultation. Suggesting medicine is one thing, but managing thyroid is entirely different thing. You can know name of medicine but its dose requires adjustment.
